Karuna Reiki is a unique healing modality. The energies of unconditional love and compassion from Bodhisattva Avalokiteswara and the angels as well as the symbols, colours, and mudras of reiki are used in this healing modality. Those who did the Karuna Reiki course which was taught by Ruthara Ma’m in her usual, inimitable, amazing way immediately could see the tangible benefits of Karuna Reiki such as healing from ailments that had been there for months and getting cured of insomnia. Although all of us here are theta healing practitioners, it is important to learn Karuna Reiki as well as that can be combined with theta healing for better results. I express my deep gratitude to you, Ruthara Ma’m and Khizer for introducing us to this wonderful modality which I am sure will help transform our own lives as well as that of others.

It was such a lovely workshop that opened me up on multiple dimensions.  I had no idea of the profound effects/impact I would receive.  The tension that keeps me up at night seems to be gone, my face is glowing, and my eyes are calmer.  Ma'am has so much love when she teaches, it was a blessing to receive this gift!

I attended Reiki-1 and Reiki-2 workshops with G Ruthara mam, in June 2007 . She's one of the most wonderful teacher and healer I have met on my spiritual journey. It has been simply the most amazing experience of my life and has changed my life for ever!

I attended the recent Karuna Reiki workshop conducted by G Ruthara Ma’am. I had done Reiki L1/L2 more than 12 years back under a different teacher and it was a completely different experience/outcome doing under ma’am.

The meditations and the shadow work were amazing and a soothing experience. The first day I felt a lot of heaviness and subsequently more calmness. The feeling of release of unwanted patterns that I have been holding onto was awesome..

The combination of Reiki with Theta gives much more strength to the healing process.. The dedication, the commitment that Ma’am has shown in making sure that her students get the right learning, and true healing experiences have been amazing !! And to my fellow students, you made a difference too by adding the additional energy/enthusiasm for each one of us.

The Karuna Reiki meditations were soothing and intense at the same time, if that makes sense. Lots of release of trapped emotions (which I thought were addressed from my work in other modalities); it was more like a debri washout !!

The Shadow work meditation was a highlight by Maam. Chanting and Toning had me hear my voice very differently ...usually, I am the Lip-sync type..(in the interest of others)!!! The water in a glass exercise left me with a bitter taste... Obviously...a lot of Karmic patterns have been busted...causing something to come to fruition....
I met with a road accident a couple of days ago... Hobbling around with a limp now having injured my right foot. In retrospect... I got away easy....as this could have turned must more severe in outcome. I believe it is the protection of the Reiki energy and Ma'am's unconditional love and blessing that saved me from a much bigger catastrophe!

Dear mam, I am very much blessed and gifted to attend your Karuna reiki class. It's not only an extraordinary class it's a transformational one that made to evaluate and study myself in a session where so many things are revealed about myself and many doors are opening like a miracle. Karuna Reiki. It’s a beautiful and subtle energy that can embrace anyone in any situation. It looked simple, yet a very powerful infusion of energy at all levels. With the blessings of the Divine let this heal me on all levels with great wisdom.
